Engage Norfolk supports individuals with disabilities and addional needs to live life the way they choose. We offer a highly flexible service and specialise in creating bespoke, person-centred care and support packages which meet the unique needs of each individual.

We also offer a range of community social and leisure oportunities enabling individuals with additional needs to participate in hobbies and interests as well as make and sustain friendships.

We are passionate about creating high quality, flexible services which place the individuals we support at the centre of all that we do, empowering and supporting them to live full and meaningful lives. Whether it's a little extra help with daily routines; support to make the most of the resources and opportunities available in the local community; or a more comprehensive package of care and support, our flexible services are designed around each individual to help them achieve the life they want to live.

Who can we support?
We understand that each individual we support is different, with their own hopes, dreams, goals and aspirations. We work closely with the individual, their families, and any relevant professionals to build tailored packages of care and support, enabling them to live the life they want. Through this person centred approach we are able to meet a wide range of needs including learning disabilities, autistic spectrum conditions, mental health needs, physical disabilities, and older people with care and support needs, including people living with dementia.
